That bread can be eaten all day long: with cheese, jam, honey, skewers, sauce or plain. Bread is the main food – but we MUST avoid preservatives and chemical leavening agents. This home-made, bread is ideal and it is also made by your child!

1 kg of flour for all purposes
2 teaspoons of salt
2/3 teaspoons of dry yeast
3 cups of lukewarm water
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Let the child put in a bowl the ingredients one at a time (flour, salt, yeast, water, olive oil) and then mix them with his/her hands.
Then he/she works with the dough for about 4 minutes until it becomes smooth. Then he/she divides the dough into two parts and puts them in two pans spread with oil, of whichever shape he/she likes.
He/she leaves the pans covered (50 C) for 1-1,5 hour so that the size of the dough will become double.
Let the child turn on the oven at 190 C.
When the size of the bread in the pans becomes double it can be baked in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Then, it can be eaten, warm and tasty, by all members of the family!!!
