Banana Jam
Ingredients
1 kg bananas cut into circles
400 gr water
400 gr honey
2 teaspoon cinnamon
50 gr lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
80 gr sweet liquor
Procedure
Βoil the water with the honey and the lemon juice. After a minute, add the bananas. Boil them for about 20 minutes until they become creamy.
Add the liquor and let it boil for 1 minute.
Add the cinnamon and the vanilla.
Boil it in vases and close hermetically. You can keep it for two months.
